I've got a pup that is 5 months old and the guy that gave him to me said he was 1/2 bmc 1/2 redbone. Everyone one that sees him says they don't think that's possible. I've had him since he was 6 weeks old and I saw the rest of the litter and there were yella dogs that looked like bmc's and a couple of reddish ones but this one was the only one that looked like a hound. He has a bawl on him like a full blood hound and I think he's gonna make a dog. I'm just curious what others thought he looked like. I got the best pics I could. Let me know what ya think.  |

Thanks man and I hope he does too. He's definitely has a nose on him and one day he was playing with our weenie dog and the weenie dog bit him. Now he bays our weeenie dog everytime we let him out. I was just wondering if a 1/2 bmc 1/2 redbone could come out looking like him. I'm not complaining because I like hounds. Just wondering.

good lookin dog. i have big red dog that is 3/4 bmc and 1/4 red bone and he was the only one that favored any hound what so ever in the litter. his ears are longer, he bawls lke a a hound and was the only one that wasnt black and tan. doesnt look anything like his littermates.
