Posting by request of Phillip ( daisydog )

Since Phillip and Paul (raider54) have found out how good my dogs are, they decided they didnt want to invite me to come up and hunt with them.
So me and a couple buddies went out to our usual spot.
Caught 3 hogs Sunday morning, First was a good sow that bayed up in the creek.
On down the trail, the dogs split up, and my Saddleback gyp bays a decent boar by herself.
Festus and my Ex-Kemmer Clyde open on another one, so we split up and I take Meathead with me and Rance. Meathead catches the boar, and the other dogs got out ran by theirs.
On our way back to the trucks, They strike another boar that we end up catching on the edge of a slough, so we stick him and call it a day.
Sow and First Boar

Second Boar

Monday morning, We turned out around 4:15, drove back to where we were wanting to go, got there at about 6:00 and decided to take a quick nap.

About 6:45 we get things going, and before too long Festus struck this Boar hog, who decided to stay and fight instead of run. Dumb pig. Tom made a solo catch on him, and we hobbled him and moved on.

They strike again across a creek, and hogs star scattering everywhere. Most were just shoats, and we hear one squealing so we knew Festus had caught one. Ended up being a 20# Shoat.
Due to Graphic Nature, i decided not to take a picture
We get all the dogs together, let them get a short break and then move on.
The dogs disappear so we stop and wait, then we start hearing hogs rallying and the dogs open up.
They had 3 decent size boars bayed, so we send Tom and Meathead in and they end up catching the same hog, which only had 3 legs.

My 7 month old pup Molly, took a nasty hit from the first boar, and i was worried how it would affect her, since she hadnt been on alot of big hogs and never took a good hit. I guess it made her hate them worse, cuz she went on to hunt the whole time, and struck 2 of her own hogs. Festus caught the first one she struck which was about a 20# shoat, but we didnt get the 2nd one because it broke in a thicket so we called them off due to it starting to get too hot. She still amazes me how good she is doing to only be 7 months old.
Molly and her Shoat

Ended up being a pretty dang good labor day weekend, with 7 hogs total.
Heres the video of the 3 legged hog. I was too busy watching the dogs and not where i was pointing the camera, but if you look at the very top, you can see when Tom hits him.
