12 month old Kelpie X Border Collie: started on cattle...

I have a male half Kelpie and half Border Collie that is started on cattle. He will bite a nose or heel. He has a good down on him and comes when called.  He really wants to go to the head. This pup will be useful for somebody moving calves or goats, but he won't be tough enough to work pairs by himself.
