Planned on taking kids hunting after putting out hay for cows guess due to warmer weather they still had some hay so we got to start earlier on our hunting. Made our way around first block of woods and all dogs started winding and took off to the south Runt and Hank got him stopped about 1/2 mile south of us in a creek, rode within 500 yrds then walked rest of way. Turned catch dogs loose and sealed deal. Had to get in waist deep water to get him, couldn't get kids to go in and get him for me
. Can't think of better way to spend pretty Sat. afternoon with the kids.
