I'm just all weirded out after our hunt Saturday.  I had heard stories about it, but never experienced it first hand.
We were taken back a little and didn't even put it all together til later in the hunt, but caught a hermaphrodite hog not long out of the truck.
It happened so fast and we were trying to video the catch and knife, and take pics and such that we didn't 'investigate' the situation as thoroughly as we would had we not been sidetracked with the rest of the process.  The first hog we caught was a sow, well, little more sow than boar, but had visible parts of both on the outside.
Then, to top it off, the second hog we caught(bigger, older so obviously not brother and sister, or sister and sister or whatever they were) was ALSO hermaphrodite.  It had the bulky look, head, cutters and attitude of a boar, but again, more sow parts than boar.  We've never caught one in 15 yrs and hundreds of hogs, then we catch TWO IN ONE DAY and on the same place.  Anyway, my buddy was so excited about it, he said he was going to play the lotto that night rofl  Grin

lol, you're right.  um well, i'll have to wait till i edit the video, as we didn't take pics of that 'specific' part of the hunt while there, but i'm sure from the video you can see what i'm talking about.  I do have a couple of pics, one of first more sow looking in features, except for the boar parts discussed later, and of the last 'sow' that looks like a boar in features, at least something for now.
the rest i'll have to take from the video and i'll hopefully have that edited in a couple days.

this hog was about 100#s and pee'd like a girl(without getting too graphic here, sry) but also had just 1 testicle??
at first we thought it was a bad job of someone barring this hog, then saw urine coming from the back end. and realized there was no boar part for peeing and things started getting weirder from their. lol

this hog weighed a solid 150#s, looked and played the part like a boar, stocky build, heavy up front and smaller hindquarters, but was mostly sow as it pee'd like a girl and no testicle/s, but when gutted and dressed out, didn't have much in the line of internal female parts either??

PS - The guy pictured is Cable Smith from texasoutdoormedia.com  was his first time hunting with the dogs and we had a great hunt!

or maybe there is some kind of radiation or chemical leak from the nearby treatment plant!!  Shocked
the bad thing, if there is 'something wrong with the water' this place is only a mile or so as the crow flies to Lake Tawakoni and we're all in trouble if it's contaminated.  Even Dallas has a direct supply line being fed from that lake.   Lips Sealed

Mav,

That would explain a lot about all the stories we hear about you Texas boys here in Florida.  Just saying!

We caught one in south Texas last year! We didnt get the kind of pictures of it that counts but TAngel and Wormy dog was there with several other guys. It had good cutters and cut one of Wormy's dogs pretty good.

A big set of nuts and a funny looking hoo hoo! Shocked No penis was visible at all. We looked for it while field dressing but nothing. The urine was expelled out of a small fleshy tube between the hogs testicles and B hole.

Weirdest thing I have ever seen on a hog. I was going to post about it but forgot all about it until this thread.

BoarNinja,

You pretty much described the first hog we caught and what happened to us to make everyone start questioning what was going on.
After we dispatched the hog, urine started expelling from a small flashy flap/tube at back of the only testicle it had, which prior to that, we assumed was a flap of skin left from someone trying to 'cut' the hog and didn't finish the job, leaving 1 intact.  When we saw the urine, my buddy was the first to see it and started hollaring "where is that coming from?!?!?!? that isn't where a boar pees from!!!!"  Shocked
You can imagine our shock after that, discovering what was really happening, and then to catch another one very much like it later in the hunt.  Very odd!

lol. Well, it did come off a high fenced ranch but anyone who has ever hunted them know that the hogs can usually come and go as they please. Wink

Maverick, that is the only one I have ever seen or heard if until this post. For you to catch two in one hunt is pretty dang astounding.
