I don't know anyone heading to SA, but know quite a few that are going to the Team Roping USA finals in Louisiana this weekend. We sent a load of steers for the super senior division and have a load of sheep leaving out tomorrow for the mutton bustin. I think team roping might be more addictive than hog dogging. I know since I picked up a rope, I haven't been nearly as excited about running the dogs.

Expensive? I have a head horse for sale at $10,000 right now and have a pro coming to look at him tomorrow...I'd have to say it's a little more expensive lol

The exact opposite is true for us. It used to be all team roping and now we don't rope since we started hog dogging more. LOL Another reason for that is because in order to make a small fortune at roping, you better start out with a big fortune with these fuel and feed prices!  Huh?
