Well got a great boar Thursday night. We had not been able to get in the woods in over a month so we decided to go and it was worth it. My buddy hunted this place 3 days befor and bayed this hog 3 time then he wasn't seen after that. We hit the woods at 1 am we had been hunting for about 30 mins when my strike dog Buddy opened up about 200 yards out then the hog broke then they bayed solid at 425 yards so we dropped the catchdogs skillet and tank. We take off and get to the dogs. I start into them and see dogs just laying cut up in the brush. Out of the 9 dogs on the ground the are only 2 hounds and my catch skillet on this huge 400 pound boar we finally get him killed and staple 8 of the 9 dogs up. Big nice white and black spotted boar with 3 inch teeth. Dogs got cut up pretty bad so wont be hunting for a couple weeks but going to be a good mount

I cut from 75 to 100. And sprint rite behind em so I'm not far when They hit. Has cut down on a lot of cuts for me. And saves bulldogs energy. But u do it how u want. That's just some advice. Still glad u got him and can't wait to see the pics.

I hunt with 2 to 3 other guys and we use to hunt 2 dogs a person on the ground and we was getting dogs shredded, so we just started hunting 3 to 5 dogs and we have not had a major cut in the last 10 to 15 hogs. They are like a bunch of cholos (gangsters) if there is one they will back up, but if they are 10 they will try to jump in the middle of that axx. I guess hog dogs are kind of chicken shxx if I come to think about it.
