I was worried about this litter of Monkey x JJ pups. The week she had them we had several days over 100 degrees. I really didn't have a lot of hope in her raising them all as it was so hot . But JJ is a really good mother and took good care of the pups. It takes a lot to lay there and nurse 8 pups when its that hot. They will be three weeks old July 11 and have been wormed once already. Their eyes are open and they are walking around some. I start feeding them this week. So hopefully we are in the clear! Here are some new pics. Ringneck bob tailed female.  Ringneck long tailed female.   Dark Pup. Not sure what color this one is going to be.  Two male pups.  The whole crew!    |

Better than I thought they would. Old JJ milks like a Holstein!! It being as hot as its been and JJ coming 8 years old I just wasn't sure how they were going to do. They seem to be doing fine. Maybe they will be more heat tolerant than my other dogs.....  |

ya know we had dogs that were pushin 10 years breedin and carin for pups, they seemed to get better with age, they look good
who was the father again i done forgot
