I love my 320. The birdseye alone makes it much better than the 220, plus the 320 is much more user friendly.

320 is definitely better but not enough so to make me upgrade until my 220 craps out. Never had a problem so far, 320 doesn't track better just more bells and whistles. Birds eye is cool but I pull maps up on my phone too.
