I was taking some pictures of my pup jake tonight. I am trying to keep a running thread on him on another site. but i decided to take pics of all three of them . they are all still pups and I get them out in the woods at least once a week. there are getting better everytime we go. first is Gus he came from Rockin Roo by way of NThoghunter he is right under 11 months. Jesse is a 8 month old female that came from East Texas she has a great nose and can run for days. Jake is my pup from a man in Brock mom and dad were both bang up dogs and he was guaranteed to hunt. and this is the only reason why i need to let Jess go she loves her some Gus. She follows him around. I DONT need pups.

I think iam going to wait on him a little bit longer. i did let him see one in a pen but he just ran around and yipping. About a month ago i was letting Jesse Bay up a 40lber in a field and Jake walked up. i didnt notice him until it was too late the pig pinned him for a second. after that he ran and sat by the front tire of the four wheeler. he played it safe watched and barked from a safe distance.

Good lookin dogs, especially Jesse, she looks similar to a male BMC of one of my hunting buddies who is probably the best dog I've ever hunted with.
Where did you get her in East Texas? I wonder if those two dogs are related.

outside kilgore from a guy named James forgot his last name. I think she was the only one in the litter that came out that color. but the guy did say that he usually has 1 or 2 in every litter when uses the same momma and daddy.

thats kinda cool, could be from the same bloodline. If she turns out anything like the dog I was talking about, she'll be a good one.

Hey nosights where do you live? I'm the guy shawn was talking about with the bmc. If your female turns out and your not too far from the east texas area and want to breed her let me know. I've been looking for a good female to bred my dog with. I'll try to post a pic up. She looks a lot like him.

If im not mistaken (and im usually wrong) I think Buster is 2 and 1/2. Daniel would know for sure.
Great hunting dog, and actually a good looking one to boot. I think I've been with this dog on about 20 trips and may have had one dry run. I'd love to get a pup of his.

holy crap i was going to ask where you were but looked and you are from Kilgore. Now im really wondering. That is very odd. I wondering how often do BMC throw this color pattern. How long did it take for him to really turn on?

I think he's always had the "get out and hunt" to him. Daniel can fill ya in on how he hunted before I met him. He keeps getting better and better with us.
There is some hunts we wont see him or Rocky (my dog) for 2 or 3 hrs at a time. We was even eating lunch back at the truck one day when they started baying, lol.
I'm curious if your dog and his came from the same bloodline, I haven't seen that color pattern much either.
