The wind was terrible and it was dry. We still managed to catch 13 hogs. Out of 73 teams or so that signed up, we placed 7th. The top 10 places payed. We had a good time. It was good meeting new people and seeing some friends from previous hunts. Thanks to the TDHA, Wild Boar USA, and sponsors for  putting this all together.

All the hogs were weighed field-dressed.

Our 5 biggest were 710lbs and our total was a little over 1400lbs.

(Team Hog Wranglers from left to right) Dean Kyle, Rex Bumpus, Richard Elfrez, Bryant Davis

(Check time) Grin

It was fun Richard. I sure enjoyed Dean...he is a character. The dogs did good. Kicking myself in the butt for quiting saturday so early. Wish we would have hunted 3 or 4 more hours.

We definitely need to meet back up before long.

I was thinking the same thing about hunting a couple more hours, I had a good time and always like watching those jagds of yours. That was a hell of a game-plan you come up with too. I have some more pics that I will post later on this evening bud. We'll definantly have to make another hunt soon.

A strange thing occured while the hogs were being field dressed. Ol Darrel slipped over to a pile of square bales and decided to sneak in some sleep. When we found him, we discovered this. Mighty strange if I do say so myself. JMO
