Man eating some deer meat stew and it sure is good.  Easy too small cube deer meat brown it and season well.  I like a lot of seasoning lol.   then cut up some potatoes in small slices put in a pot with about 3 31/2 cups water with deer meat bring to boil then back off of heat.  20 minuets later pore in corn.  Let it all simmer for a minute and it is ready. Anyone else got good easy recipes?  Wife is leaving for training for a few weeks need some bachelor recipes lmao.

Just cooked this one today. Very simple Dirty Rice.

Take a large skillet and brown a pound of ground meat. I use a mixture of half deer and half hog meat. I use about a half a cup of oil so that the meat doent dry out. Add one chopped sweet onion, one chopped bell pepper, and one bunch of green onion chopped to the skillet. Let everything cook until all of the liquid from the meat and vegs has evaporated. Season with salt pepper and garlic. Add 3/4 cup of rice and     1 and a 1/2 cup of water. Reduce heat to simmer and put a lid on it. Takes about 30 min. or until rice is done and all liquid is absorbed.

Got ya a great simple recipe. Brown 1-1.5lbs ground meat in a skillet season to your liking. Add 2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup and stir in let it simmer. While simmering make a few servings of minute rice and pour the meat with mushroom soup over the rice. Extremely quick and easy and probably one of my favorite meals.

This right here just gave me the idea for venison queso!!! 1lb of ground venison, two cans of Rotel, one can of cream of mushroom, and one packet of Velveta. Cook and brown meat, melt cheese over meat, and pour in the Rotel after draining the liqued out of one of the cans, and then add cream of mushroom. Let simmer for a little while, and then it's good stuff, and have always just done it with normal ground beef or buffalo... but now it's time to take it to the next level.  Grin
