MOST BIG TOWNS HAVE A RED WING STORE. RED WING BOOT OIL WORKS GOOD ON THE BOOTS WE WEAR ON DRILLING RIGS AND IT DOSENT ANY HARDER ON A PAIR OF BOOTS. MINK OIL ALSO WORKS GOOD.

I put vaseline on my work boots.  Poor boys got poor ways.

Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat.

Thanks for the answsers, Over the years I have tried all different kinds of glove oils for my daughters softball gloves and the last 2 that I bought I used Vasoline on and they broke in easier. As a kid we did not have the glove oil that you put in the oven for 4 minutes. I just never thought about putting it on my boots.
Halfbreed, It doesnt mess with the color to soak them in rubbin alcahol?
