1 cc per 5 lbs. of body weight for 3 days straight, every other month.  For 50 lb. dog ,give 10 cc a day for 3 days. For the pups you will need to weigh them and figure out the dose from info above. I worm pups at 2,4,6, & 8 weeks, then every other month.

For any of the safeguard wormers it gives the amount of active ingredient. You can go to their site and use the dog wormer amount to break down the doses. The one that is easiest as far as amount to me is the cattle wormer. You can get it in a 90gram tube, about the most concentrated I have found.
