I have a squeaking animal of an unknown species that decided to have babies of an unknown species in my rain gutter.

Who can I call to remove them?

More than likely in soffett (eve). Probably squirrels or rats. Possibly raccoon. Look for hole in eve somewhere. Size will tell you. May have to wait and trap.
