Made a round with TwistedMidnite to a spot thats mostly pasture... Took my little girl since I could drive my truck around most of it and let Molly and one of Cody's pups run ahead...
Molly bays a small group in the pasture and we cut the bulldogs from the truck about 80 yards out... One bulldog went M.I.A but meathead managed to snag a nice sow... Pulled right up to her and left the headlights one so Kaylee could watch the action... When Cody went to leg her, a couple more hogs showed up and rallied on meathead so I grabbed the .22 and popped a few rounds in em...

Had my cousin come in and took him out a couple times...
Friday night we hit a new spot with sike-ohunter.. Started out slow but Molly and one of dognhogs84 dogs Cuz grinded out a track and finally bayed in a pine thicket... They probably went over 4 miles total just working the track... Ended up with a little spotted boar...

Last night it was just me and my cousin, and I only took Molly and 2 catchdogs..
Molly bayed a nice boar, but the bulldogs didn't get him shut down and he broke...
After about 800 yards they catch him in a nasty thicket..
Didn't have the biggest teeth, but he sure tested out my female pits grit...

And I also picked up some Wild Hog Protection for the next time the hogs want to gang up on the dogs or a little added security when I hunt alone..

Cool hunt. Im still hoping to see a rally one day.  The teeth on that boar are the size that usually do the most damage. Glad yall got him caught!  Smiley
