about 20 years ago i had a pure whippet bitch for breeding and it did hunt ok i crossed mine with several dog breeds i liked the airedale cross because whippets are very fine skinned and dont like the cold

The ones I saw were mixed with pit bull they had a 1/4 pit in them of course they were on tv so couldn't really tell much

Husband has a Whippet lurcher here. 3/4 Whippet 1/4 APBT. She bays the hair off a hog we just recently found out. If it's small enough, she'll catch too lol.

Not yet. This comin season she certainly will be from what the husband says. We have a lil wild piggy here that we used to start up small Patt pups, and she bays the hell out of it though, lol. |
