Used to have a lot of those around Florida.... probably where some of the blood in my dogs comes from... Basically, any combination, but specifically a bird/bull cross with no bark. Short range and all catch. Designed for poaching when you see a hog standing.

A fellow from GA raises them if I am not mistaken (cant remember his name). Just another kind of cur dog.
I think I remember Maveric or Pecos mentioning they had some on here before. They may can tell you more about them.

Randy Dominey from Ga breed these dogs they are long range dog that winds extreamly well they are very fast and gritty, they are very powerful dogs that have alot of drive, nose, and stamina that can stay with a hog for a long time I hunt some of his line of dogs and hunt with Randy some the dogs that he sells are not full blooded outlaws, they are a cross, the full outlaw he breeds are for himself and for the bay pen but they can work a hog in pen are find them in the woods. His outlaw cross are some jam up dogs I am speaking from experience. I plan on breeding some outlaws curs back to some 3/4 parker curs that I got from texas.

I'd like to see what this Georgia breeder's dogs look like, sounds interesting.... sounds nothing like what I've seen in Florida for sure.

Have heard the same about him letting only crosses go. I have some buddies with some dogs straight from him and they ain't worth feeding. Used to have an outlaw and pit cross, very catchy dog.

I always heard "outlaw Cur" being reffered to as a birddog x bulldog (usually pointer cross pitt). I am sure it has more than one meaning throughout the hunting community.

I have owned 2 outlaw cur crosses, my buddy has the littermate brother. They are pretty awesome dogs. med range, silent on track, lots and lots of bottom. Pretty gritty, but not suicidal. My gyp is actually a rear-end dog.
