Mike and i did a little puppy work in the four acre pen the other day. My male pup dan had only been in the pen once before and we let him in and he it a track and found a hog within about thirty seconds. Love these pups.

I'm excited about these pups! Looking forward to getting them in the woods.

Excuse the bird dog that climbed in and interrupted our bay...

She is Justin, and she is a litter mate to yours tom. She is a little fart too.
She hunts her butt off and bays real good with other dogs. The down side to her is sometimes when she finds a hog by herself she just points and sometimes she might bark? The other downer is she has yet to join in on a long race. Mike doesnt like her at all but i do so i am gonna give her a little more time to hopefully come around. I know she is one of the fastest dogs i have seen but i dont know if she will decide that chasing one is fun. I think she is about a year and a half old now so she needs to step up on the races and sounding off on a hog she finds. Wink

They'll sing one a song when it breaks... but silent when trailing one.

All my cur dogs are that way.

Im glad she is coming around for you. I guess if she keeps the pointing up and shes findin hogs then it ain't to bad but a trackin collar will be worth its weight in gold..........sounds like the perfect poaching dog lol. Im ready to hit the woods again......as of friday the turnaround i been on since august will be OVER!

Travis and Mike, the pups look great. They are going to be some big dogs. I like them.
