They look like they're bred for the show ring from viewing the website.

I have one that is allegedly Tasso bred.  I got him second hand and have never seen any papers.  The dog adapts to any hunting style and any terrain.  I hunt him, anyway I want to.  Boat, truck, walk, trail, free cast, you name it.  Hog dog to the bone.  I sold him twice due to starting slow, nuisance barking, too many dogs at home.  I have ended up with him again and he will retire here.
This is the only Catahoula I have. Most I have owned were useless and couldn't find a hog in a hay field.  Sure there are some good Cats out there, but I had bad luck with all but this one.  The show ring is to blame for the down fall of this breed.
I'm not saying he's the best I've ever seen, but he is for sale for $10,000.

This is an older picture of him.  The dog on the left sitting down.  When hunted with a straight catch dog he will catch and hold too.  Alone he will bay until a person or another dog arrives and then catches.  I sold him not long after this photo was taken to make room for some Jagds.  He was about a year old in this picture I think.  I will take some better pictures of him when I can.
