No sir, it was meant to capture everybody elses true feelings on the subject and give the tournaments an idea of how the majority felt that way they could structure their tournaments around the majority for a higher turnout. This one is doing the same thing and coming up with the same results.

I'm afraid not Bryant.  The way I interpret the results is that the field is split in half.  Half the field wants barrs included in all stringers and half the field feels they need to be moderated to some extent.
