Yes, Stephenville won last Friday 70-35 over El Campo...  Saw the arse-whipping in person. The 70 points is a new state record for points scored in a championship game.

Just got back home.

The Yoemen kicked that ass .

28-0 at the half I think it was.  I dont think Dangerfeild had a first down in the first half might have had one .

38-28 final !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yoemen State Champions 2012

I tell ya what Cameron had a great great team this year and gonna have a couple more in the next couple years lot of people back.  Am sure there will be another Cameron - Dangerfeild game soon.

Pictures from the Game.   Cameron 15-0.  I tell ya what that Newton team was one hell of a team to beat in the playoffs last week when they done that and handled it like they did I said its on now and buddy it was on unfinished business got finished today.  I tell ya that is one nice nice Cowboys stadium but it sure does look a lot lot bigger on Tv than in person to me it does.

A reall good team can make another team not play well . Think Cameron just had more weapons than Daingerfield could handle

Yeah Sid I was going to say the same thing but didnt want to get a bunch of BS started LOL.  I tell ya I lived here went to school play football made All State in 78 had more than a few major collage scholarships offers and my brother and his team won the 81 State Championship team and he also made All State his Junior year on def.  they had one hell of a great team, we had one hell of a great team and the 75 team we had here.   I got to say this team this year as far as Cameron goes was just one of the speical kinda teams and I do believe one of the best if not the best team that we have ever had here in Cameron .  Balanced on both sides of the ball and some great great coaches , well well coached team.  Also I played against yalls state Championship team that was in 76 I think against Gary White ,  Kerry locklin, Mario Garza , James Russell, Don Westly and all of that great team yall had now buddy that was one hell of a team also.   From what I saw at the game everybody talked about has fast Dangerfeild was but the deal was Cameron was just a little bit faster and quicker and Cameron was out for blood there is no doubt from start to finish everybody there could see it and feel it on both sides.  I tell ya who had one hell of at team that Cameron beat that was Newton woo wee them boys something just not good nuff this year.

I graduated from Daingerfield, but didn't even support them when I was there...  At all the pep rallies I would wear a shirt from one of our rival teams...  Grin

They went pretty far this year too.. ( Hughes Springs )
