Went hunting with T. Wilbanks this morning. Dropped the dogs right at day break and my dog Roadside rolled out about 300 yards and opened up. My dog LT and Trenton's dog Molly headed his way and the race was on. They ran the hog back and forth for a while until Roadside caught a smaller hog and then Lt and Molly caught another. We got to the hogs and as soon as we did Molly rolled off onto an island and was sitting down bayed. Roadside went a mile in the other direction and was sitting down but we couldn't hear barking so figured he caught a small hog again. For the next 3 hours we tried to find a way onto the island that didn't involve swimming. Finally found someone in a boat to get Trenton and his catch dog MeatHead across the water to the island. Molly stayed bayed on this hog for 3 hours and would probably still be bayed if Trenton didn't make it across. Was a good hunt but we really need a boat.  |

Nice! Only one time I needed a boat. Took us an hour but gyp and her 10 month old stayed bayed. Couple of good Louisiana Catahoulas. Anyway...nice!

LOOKS REAL NASTY, but well worth it im sure...good job buds It sure didn't seem worth it on the way back!!! Part of the game though... Thanks to a couple different fisherman I didn't have to swim both ways.. good hunt guys! Helluva dog there TW!
You say that cuz you havent hunted with her... She ain't worth killing most of the time... |

Yeah, about that... we need to work that out. I'm working on picking up a nice place that needs the hogs gone. Maybe ya'll can load up and come down once I get it, or maybe we can make a trip your way for a fun day in the sun (or dark) no matter to me. oh, and I doubt that Tony would've bred her if she wasn't at least half A$$!!! LOL! |

I guess that's a good approach... keep think they're chit, and then when they do good it makes you proud! LOL! Sounds similar to my weekend... LOL! We got burnt somehow and I'm still a little puzzled by it.  |
