Had a pretty interesting hunt this weekend. Woke up at five am cooked breakfest fore the boys and we headed out. We went to a new spot that i had never been able to hunt due to the fact that deer hunters do not care much for doggers. but deer season is over and it was on. made it to the bottom around seven and cutt em lose five minutes in Couch layes down on it and away we go. We get about five hundred yards into the 15 year old east texas clear cutt and the bay quits. We let the dogs hunt the hole bottom we finnally hit again. We were close enough this time all of our dogs were in on this. There were a gruop of about thirty or so bedded up around a watern hole deep off in the bottoms. As soon as they say the catch dogs they busted going down, up, through, and around the bottom. lucky the doggs i was chasing were the ones coming out of the clear cutt up on the hills. i get up on the top of the hills and see Albert and couch baying hard a 200 plus pig about 100 yards out agenst a pound dam in the middle of a pasture i tould myself that ant going to ever work. about that time pig broke and smooth out ran the dogs back to the bottom we go. all the guys gett back togather and we finally get all our dogs acounted for. We decide we are not leaving wih out a pig. so we decide that my buddy is going to walk our dogs back through that bottom, while we sitt up on the hill and wait with the catch dogs. Fourty five minutes go by and nothing. Just as we were going to give up and move to the other end of the bottom, my bay dog JUNEBUG she never barks at anything but a pig. we turn they dogs out and away we go " caught Pig" . It is a solid 150 pound sow not bad caught bigger but i dang sure take it. As i go to throw the pig i have problems trying to find the other back leg. I then think to myself Bull must have ripped its back leg smooth off but that was not logical. This pig had no passenger side rear tire. I do not now how rare this is but she held her own she broke one of my dogs legs and flung one ten feet in the air. And for those of you that have never throwed a tri-cycle hog it ant easy you just got to tackle it. Has anyone else seen this. I am going to try and post pictures if i can figure out how

I've caught one Barr hog that was three legged. Seen a few more that couldn't use one leg, but they knuckled over on it some. The Barr I caught had it missing up pretty close, he was alil poor for a Barr but his teeth sure wasn't lacking.
Heard of a few more.

We caught this spotted sow about five years ago. She'd been running on a nub for a long time, it was completely healed over.
