CRAZY DOG KENNELS

Well my in laws moved here two weeks ago and brought our 3 dogs with them. Got a visit the first day from the city. So i was nice i got them another rabies shot and city tags. The animal control guy is being pretty reasonable so far. So here is my dilema... city has a no chain ordinance and theg couldnt bring the kennels that we had. Now i have to build 3 kennels 6x10 and i cant afford to do it right now... any tips?

Well luckily my tax return os finally coming in so im gonna go buy the stuff to build 3 kennels. They wont be expensive or even the best kennels but they will work until we get a place out in the country.
