Bought a new ranger last weekend so I started building this box/seat Monday. Been working on it in the evenings after work. Its comin along slowly but surely.

Doors hung, latches and center divider done. Might work on getting the seat back built today

If had the time I would build them. Enjoy doing it but it takes forever. If had the stuff to weld aluminum I would have went that route. I'm hoping this thing is around 100#s when I'm done. Will let you know how that works out. Lol

Got a little more done. I'm debating on making storage under the foot rest area of the high seat...

Getting the seats cushioned and covered this week and hopefully blasted and painted.

Looks good

How are you going to secure it to the bed?

Make sure you fasten it down better than Bryant did  Grin

Got my seats made and threw some primer on so I could use it last weekend. Still have to have it blasted and painted.

Just an FYI. Not sure if it is just the size of expanded metal I used but I ended up with two broken garmin antennas this weekend. I'm going to have to change the expanded metal or put something on the end of my antennas so that they wont go through the expanded metal.

I was going to say the same thing about the expanded metal but since you already experienced no need to Smiley)). Even with replacement antennas it will catch the ends where they are frayed
