Hey ETHD, we're having a working dog event to promote dogs developed or trained to hunt, herd, and perform various services for people.

When: May 11th
Where: Reveille Peak Ranch, Burnet TX

Contact: Courtney at nationallacydog@gmail.com or 214-679-1801

Events include Bay Pen practice, blood trailing competition and seminar, bird dog seminar, snake avoidance, and a benefit raffle and silent auction. The profits from this fund raiser will sponsor a canine SAR team through the Greater Houston Search Dogs.  Prizes include a 45 qt. Yeti cooler, E-collar from Tri-Tronics, Guided Striper Fishing trip for 2, custom STIC knife, and much more!

David Jones is going to do a retriever demonstration and seminar. This will be a great opportunity for the bird dog folks to pick up a few tips from an expert and enroll your dog in snake avoidance all in the same day!

Events will begin at 9 am and run all day long.

Pre-Registration for the Tracking Challenge and Blood Trail Seminar are required so we can lay the appropriate number of trails.

Tracking Competition -

1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
Scores based on accuracy and time

*Junior Division - 150 yards, 6 oz. of blood aged 4 hours, one 90 degree turn
