Just an FYI. We were out hunting last night and one of my collars lost reception at about 100 yards. Finally get to the dog and the collar is still blinking but its irregular. It was one long red then short pause then quick red then long pause then cycled again. Anyway called garmin and after an hour of trouble shooting and no one up there ever hearing or knowing about this cycle of lights they are exchanging it for a new one.

I don't think they care where you bought it from but it may not be under warranty. I bought mine from double u and Garmin still fixed them. I think Garmin has the best costumer service I have ever done business with!!! They will ask you for the serial number when you call and give you a RMA # for repair.

X2 If its under a year old they will send you a refurbished one at no charge besides shipping. Over a year $89, great service and very helpful.
