I have a 14 month old catahoula hammers down in bay pen and has been in woods handful of times will go with dogs to a bay and bay up!
Also have two 4 1/2 mo old catahoulas (out of med range strike dogs) that will hammer down on a hog up to 100 lbs already( they haven't seen bigger yet).
