Could u imagine being the enemy and 100 of these Fortress's over head, then your world lights up for square miles around? Aint it funny how times have changed. Those Birds of Freedom bombed civilian war making targets. Now, if one "civilian is scratched, the press slathers it all over how Americans kill children . Thanks for posting Charles. That's a wonderful piece of American history and pride.

Aint much pride in quality and craftsmanship nowdays to produce gracefull machines like that. If the attention to detail and quality of items like that were produced now, people mite actually hav some pride.
