I'm bad about naming (or should I say not naming) pups until they're older.  Usually after I start hunting them, or they start doing something noticeable do they earn a name.  Don't want to waste a good name on a cull anyhow.

Some I've had in the past and some current..

Romeo - Very nice looking dog (actually named this one as a pup)
Traveler - Even as a pup when let out of the box he would flat get gone
Clyde - He was a straight outlaw...hard to catch, trashy as could be when young and always into something.
Bonnie - One of Clyde's Littermates & Running Buddy
Cash - One of the only dogs I ever purchased...and I paid a grip for him.
Shorty - Obvious Reasons
Flaco - Spanish for "Thin"
Ranger - First couple times to the woods, he wouldn't leave it.
Boulder - Significantly larger pup than his litter mates.
Monkey - Try and keep her in a kennel and you'd quickly know how she got her name
Zeus - He's just flat out the boss.
Doc - Stayed cut up all the time.

Just a quick few I can think of.

My little ones have taken over the naming process at my house.  Last four names since they took over :
Buzz Lightyear aka buzz(AB) , Pancake(AB), Bacon(Cur), and Pop Tart(cur).   Yes they love breakfast lol.

. Yes Chuy still around. I can't get rid of him. He's my best dog. And he's UGLY  so I can't sell him. And I don't want to give him away so he's there  to stay..  ..name tag should read ...Leo, son of Chuy.....
