Ever since I was a little boy my dad started expressing the importance to me if I have a animal shut up in a pen it needs to be took care of and if not able to to get rid of it I mean that's pretty simple. If you can't afford to feed your dog everyday or have time to go down there everyday and check on them or to lazy to put hay in their house you need to get rid of them. I read something on Facebook today that just got off with me and been thinking about it all day. It said something about a guys dog he had tied out froze to death last night because he didn't have number 2 to keep warm. I know it's sorry people out there and always will be but it's no excuse

No excuse for that at all. Pure negligence.

No excuse......with me-I'm kinda addicted to all these rolls of hay that fall off on side of the highway that gets ignored. I don't feed hay and hate payin $10 for a square bale.....so when I see a round bale rolled out in the ditch-I pretty much get more than enough. So far- there's been 4 or 5 good quality rounds fall and get left within 2 or 3 months.....just my 2¢......really sad to hear about that situation.
