At this point, it'd probably be better to take the dog to your vet.

You might need one of those pain in the butt funnel collars.
Depending on how determined your dog is you could try putting bitter apple on the outside of the bandages. That wont stop some really determined dogs in which case Scotts idea sounds like the best next step.

When I give my dogs pen I do it in a round. 3ccs first day, 2 the next, then one, skip a day then one more.

Quit putting meds and bandage own it. If he can lick it it will be ok. Just keep him in antibiotics.

2cc of pen one time a week isnt doing much at all. Keep it clean and let him lick it.

I always give mine penisillan 3cc 3 days in a row. Or Cipro or ceflexon works good too. But if it's a open wound and he can lick it I would just spray some vetercyn spray or that cut n heal on there and he should be good. You can get one of them funnel collars for about 25$ at the tractor supply but they are aggravating to fool with unless a dog is bad about pulling his staples of stitches out

cut heal twice a day and 250 mg antibiotic capsules one in the morning and one in the evening...just hide it in some hamburger or just make him swallow..use antibiotics from 7 to 10 days...injecting the dog is ok but it sure does hurt them...leave the cut open, cut heal will make the cut shrink...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

Clean it up and then put super glue. It will keep his wound clean and stop the bleeding
