Took the ol' brindle mutts out this afternoon to see if we could continue our boar streak, i can't remember the last time we caught a sow,,, im not complaining though

any ways we get to the place and unload and start riding we headed to the back where we knew a feeder was goin, got there and noticed that the corn was still there from this mornings throw, but seen a few tracks and decided to turn out anyway. Dogs stayed gone for a while and ol' june let out a big booger bark about 250 yards away, then she started chopping. Sadie went to her and we turned cuz loose to help. They bayed solid. we got buster in there and they had a fat little boar bayed in a blown over tree, got him caught and cut and turned loose. loaded the dogs up and rode around lookin for some sign,,, seen a little but nothing too fresh. Came up on a young pine plantation that was nothing but brairs. June started winding so we turned her, cuz and sadie loose and it wasn't but 10 minutes they bayed up in the thicket. We walked in to them but before we got close the hog broke and ran about 300 yards back down to the bottom. Watched them bay in the semi-open bottom for a minute or 2 wishin i had a camera. then we turned buster loose and it was over. Got him caught and cut and noticed cuz wasn't in the best of shape. he had about 2 1/2" on each side. Cuz will be out for a good while, but all in all it was a good hunt with two good boars cut......
Sorry about the pics they were all taken from a cell phone and it was getting dark on the second hog,
first boar bout 100 lbs

Second hog weighed a good 250, and he was solid red
