Pogo- Pittxdogo cross

Heard they were a jam up dog if you are only gonna have 1 or 2 catch dogs-leading them in.

Also heard they are a bit easier to get started than a pure dogo because of the added gritt.

Wondering if anybody has owned one or seen one in action?

Any pics would be awesome!! Would love to see this cross..

i got a catdo that is brindle and he has not figure out how to bark at a hog he just locks

i had a pit x dogo male, jus recently got killed, wld catch hard n was fast and had alotta endurance wish i had another like em,around 60lbs best pic i cld find

I had one and it sucked.  I was kind of embarrassed to even turn it loose.

MINE WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS -HEARD THEY WERE A GOOD CROSS. DOGO'S ARE NO HARDER TO START THAN ANY BULLDOG IS ON AVG!

A friend of mine has had a few litters of them.  I dont see where they are any better or worse than anything else.  Just another bulldog.

I actually have 2 of the POGOs. 1 male and one female. The female just had pups, and the male is a dang fine catch dog. He has been on 20-30 hogs and shown great heart and never when the hogs got bad. If you like to but him give me a ring 210 542 2304, ask for Chris

In my opinion ,based in my experience with 28 Dogos that hunt with my Catahoulas,the Dogo has a great advantage over a Pit bulls that is a LITTLE more sociability with others dogs,for example if you run free 3 or 5 Dogos with 3 or 4 GreyhoundxDogos crosses(the average pack of dogs down here)the Dogo is the perfect deal!!better than a Pit Bull or Pit Bull Crosses
Now ,if you have 2 or 3 bay dogs,and you need only ONE catch Dog not all the Dogos can do the job,and when you mix a female Dogo that play with the rabbit in the garden with a game Pit Bull ,ALL of that Crosses are VERY HARD catching Dogs but increase a little the agression with the dogs,obviously that comment are in general terms.
The Dogo has a great advantage hunting in a pack run free with the others dogs,because arent as agrressive with the others dogs as pit bulls,but in my opinion if you need only one or two catch dogs,first APBT and then a Pogo(PitxDogo)or a BanDog(PitxNapolitan Mastiff) the Ban Dogs are very hard catching Dogs!! but some times are difficult to find a bitch to cross.
