Tomorrow my wife and I get on a plane to Texas to help some good friends celebrate their 45th Anniversary. It will be my wifes first trip to Texas, sure hope that Texas hospitality will make her want to come back. I've been coming down for about 9 yrs to hunt and she won't come down. I'm hopin this will warm her to Texas. I will be pickin up the mount I had done also. Really lookin forward to this weekend! In the words of Shelby the Swampman "Here we GOOOOOOOOOOO!

Made it home today, 60 and rainin. Great trip, my wife enjoyed herself and says she'll come back, so I'm happy. Centexduck, Jody behaved himself but his girlfriend, not so much. When I told them she was my trophy wife Marci laughed so hard it hurt my wifes feelings! Thanks for the offers of makin a run but I wasn't gonna leave my wife behind while I headed out in the woods.
