I just got a dog a few weeks ago he was worming pretty bad so wormed him with some ivomectin seemed to help he's gained a lot of weight back but he seems to be still worming should i give him another dose so soon. An suggestion would help.

Won't hurt to worm him again , but change wormers I would use Safe guard (fenbendazole) 1ml. per 5lbs.body weight. three days in a row.
