so what can the  folks from the Tyler area do to voice their opinion against the THLF/HSUs?

It sounds to me that as many people need to go to the Tyler city counsel monthly meeting...but first see the city secretary so that she can put it on the meeting agenda several weeks in advance...then on the day of the meeting make sure there are as many people as possible to speak against those organizations...and have good solid reasons as to why the city shouldn't get involved...there may be a few that will show up for the other side...

but remember...there are quite a few folks that are neutral that will vote for those that have the best sales pitch...make sure to get those on board that are in the neutral zone...
