caught this barhog in a trap pen and I killed another bar on deer stand couple evenings ago ........boned out both barhogs and a buck I killed and seasoned and ground up for patties ....man they are good

No hog head cheese, you killing me. Even tho we've never met I heard you was supposed to have been brought up asking the same lines as us. Still a little to warm for ya to scrape any?

its so easy to just skin m I haven't scraped one in a while .....but I do have a automatic scalder scraper in the old slaughterhouse I keep saying I am gonna bring it to the house and set it up here at my place ....if I do it here now I just use an old bath tub .......hey I can sure make hog head cheese and I flat love it .......
hey mike I use tex joy sausage mix and add extra red pepper .....my dad weighs it I just shake til it looks good enuff to me ....but I have done thousands of pounds of it in the slaughter house we use to run ....
hey black its 4;30 a.m. I just ate two big patties on light bread ...damn I couldn't sleep woke up at 2 worrying about them patties ......hahahaha guess I will get another cup of coffe gotta bring old lady deer hunt'n ...hey I fired her a patty she better git up perty soon or all she'll get is some smell hahaha have a good weekend fella's

Yeah that's what we use is either an ole cast iron bath tub are a metal barrel. But no joke if you make any hog head cheese this winter, shoot me a pm and I'll but a pack from ya.
