Went down to hunt with a buddy well there were javelina everywhere and eventually they caught a couple. My male got chewed up. All have healed but there is a puncture about two inches behind his eye, on top of his head you can see it angles down down the side of his head. Well, if I press on the side off his head, a large amount of clear fluid comes out the hole on top, it builds up quickly, especially if I feed. Any advice on how to help the gland heal? Or what else it could be?

I had a dogo a good while back that got a salivary gland cut at a BDO. The vet removed it. Didn't have any problems with it but he got killed 8 months or so later.. So I don't know any long term affects.

Just fill it up with vetercyn a few times a day and keep the scab picked off so it can heal from the inside out
