Busted a axle on my buggy so we went to the NF and made a round
I Dropped crook JR and Lorrie Justin dropped Merle
Jr got out to 400 in front of us and opened up about two minutes later Lucy opened up 500 to our right the two young dogs went out there behind crook and ran with her a ways till they got turned around and lost it crook was .6 still moving and Jr had sat down at .75 so we headed to him (on foot) we got about .5 from him and Merle had made it there bayed too get about 650 and Lorrie went to them (had Justin’s wife and brother with us she’d been acting weird all morning with new people) look down crook is almost to the highway call haakdt and wake him up he got dressed and went and headed her off and put her in the box in the back of my truck (thank the lord for good friends)
We get to the dogs finally and they had a small group bayed dogs sent socks and she caught a pig and Lorrie and jr each stretched one out Merle rolled out after a sow
I took jr’s pig and he went to Merle and they sat down a 80 lb sow about 200 yards from us and Lorrie went to them sent socks and tied it
Dogs rolled over Merle .75 jr mile almost the same direction and Lorrie rolled out to over half a mile and lost her on the gps
Merle showed treed and jr got there shortly afterwards we went to them and caught a 100lb sow
Finally picked Lorrie up at .8 and had to walk in to here she wasn’t coming out get there sign everywhere she wasn’t trying to give up lining it out but I snapped her up and we got everything else to the truck went and casted again and jr bayed at 500 yards crook Merle and lorrie got there and sat down too get to them and send socks and catch a 140 lb sow to call it a day overall good dog work and a good time just real outta breath by the end of it
