Been going about twice a week here after deer season. My female cur dogs have been in heat. So I've been putting a lot of work into my young plott dog. In a course of about a month. He went from green and doing nothing. To really like it, baying nice, winding a little and being able to find and bay solo on occasion. Not catching anything real big. But decent hogs. Few pics for last couple hunts.

Man I hear you on the heat cycles. It’s been the same here. I asked about your plott on the other post. You answered it here. I’m glad he’s turned the corner. How does he compare as far as tracking speed to your other dogs?

The cur dogs are much faster. But he is getting the hang of it. He runs a track head up.....i like that.

Nice hunt. That Plott will get better and better putting him in hogs like you do.
