Well Grant, at that age the learning curve is pretty steep, they should make pretty fast.

yea before it got hot last yr I got them to a few bays, then they sat basically til november, but, they struck 2 of there own over the break and were in with to finished dogs on 2 strikes and ranged out real well. Going tomorrow afternoon for another lesson, hopefully they finish out well this winter.

Yes sir, I’m grateful for every opportunity I get to put these dogs in the woods. I just finished putting together this rigging rack for the box. Guess we’ll see if the can rig one or just get a suntan riding up there.

Love your old step side, I bought a 78 new and drove it for 13 years. It was a great truck.

That is a nice ride. I just happened to find some exceptional collie blood the other day. I’m pretty sure I could get my hands on some of it to trade you for that pick’em up truck, even Steven. Won’t cost you a dime because I’ll even deliver.

Grant I’m sure that’s peace at mind seeing them do so well. I hope they stay after it for you.

Slim I'm a poor camera man, especially while hunting but I'll try to take some and post'em. If you're ever up this way stop in and see them in person.
I sure will. I have a good buddy who is an auctioneer at The city StockYards. I go visit him next I will have to reach out and see if you have some free time.
Actually just Spent my new years in Red Rock, Ok with him coyote hunting.

Thanks Slim and T-dog, when I bought it new in Honolulu in 1987 I told my friends I’d probably drive it till my son turned 16 and let him have it. Well, he’s 38 and he ain’t got it yet.

T-dog I appreciate the generous offer on the collie dogs, but I’m at capacity over here now or I’d take you up on those fine animals.
