This is my AB that was given to me by my  brother.  She finally started up a couple of weeks ago. She has a long way to go though. The first photo was about a month after I got her, the second is from last week.

She is only a year, later on I plan  on breeding her, because I promised my brother a pup back off of her. She is a papered dog and will only be bred to a registered working male. When the time comes I'll start looking.

Scott, I have no idea. Never got the papers from my brother yet. I wasn't sure if she would work out for me and didn't want to bother with the papers until I was sure she would turn out.

If/when you get the ped, I'd be interested in seeing what bloodlines she's out of...

No problem, I'll let you as soon as I get it. I do believe one of her parents were from catchdogs, I don't know which one though.

I'm from Iota.  About 30 minutes west of Lafayette.  She just started catching for me about a month ago. She still has a tedency to want to puppy fight before catching. Hopefully she will grow out of that.

Funny because she won't grab an ear, she grabs back of the neck.lol   I don't know how I got her to look so intense in that photo, she is still very puppyish. Maybe she's just photogenic, strike a pose you diva.

It'll be a while before she gets bred. First thing, she will have to prove herself before she is bred, second I will have to find a male that is proven. Not really looking to puppy peddle, but I promised my brother a pup off her.

thanks.   I had asked for advice a while back when trying to get this dog started. Well she started, but still wants to puppy fight before catching. Any advice on breaking her out of this, or do ya'll think she will do better with age?

Scott and Bullmaster, called my brother and this is the info I have so far. She will be a year on 12-10-09, she is out of Diamonds Big Bruce and Diamonds Jessie.  I am not familiar with AB pedigrees, maybe ya'll know something about these dogs.
