The smoker is clone of a stumps smoker.  Stumps is a smoker maker out of Georgia.  You can search and find his sight.

Featuress of the smoker:
1.  Vertical gravity charcoal feed.  Fill it up with charcoal and it will feed itself as needed.  No need to add more wood every hour or two.  One bag of lump or charcoal will run 16 to 20 hours.

2.  Holds heat well.  The smoker has inner and outer layer with insulation between the walls.

3.  It is controlled with a ball valve.  I can controll it manually with the ball valve or by adding a "Stoker."

It measures the temp and blows air thru the valve to raise the temp as needed.  It can be used wireless to send updates to my phone.

The stoker can be controlled remotely from inside of the house or at work.  It will send updates to email addresses or text to phones.  It will send the temps, setpoints and any alarm condition.  It will graph the cook and those can be sent as well.

The Guru is another controller, but the stoker, I believe, has more options.

That stoker makes it so easy and effortless to smoke.  I put on two briskets Saturday night at 235.  Stayed there the whole time and slept through the night.
