22 inches from the truck bed floor to the bottom of the plywood on top.

Mine is 30" to the top of the box.  My opinion after I made it is that for most dogs that is too tall.  22-24" should be plenty unless you plan on putting a large frame bulldog such as a dogo or something like that.  Taller makes it easier for them to go #2 while in the box. Grin

damn! i was hoping one of my dogs would grow out of that. lol.

He will if you put him in a box that he can't do nothing but sit!!!! Or double him up with another dog, mine does it b/c the box is 2'x2'x2'... he has somewhere else to sit after he goes when alone
