Man, I might catch some heck over this, but my Garmin collars have out-lasted my quick-track collars. I recently just sent 5 collars back into QT to be worked on that were completely dead. After a little over a year, the last one finally quit working. I will say that I was very happy with QT's customer service and the total cost, since I procrastinated on sending the collars back before the warranty expired. I will continue to use them. I have had my Garmin for close to a year and haven't had any problems (knock on wood).

Every problem I have had with mine Garmin has replaced for FREE even when the warranty was outdated, so no problems to speak of yet...

I've been told a time or two that I can be hard headed. Grin To be honest, I've taken alot better care of the Garmin collars than the QT. Me leaving the QT collars on the dash of my truck several times during the TX summer heat probably didn't help. I think the heat may have affetced the rubber seals and thats why they leaked water. jmo

I sent in one of my QT collars on Monday of this week, asking for a new style housing and a battery replacement. UPS delivered the collar to them yesterday, they just called me and said they will be sending my collar back today!  That's a pretty quick turn around.
