Went down to do some business and snuck in a quick morning hunt.  Hit the marsh(old rice fields) again and caught eight.  Kept six.  Had a blast.  Still cant figure out how a man goes out to buy his wife a car, comes back with a new hunting boat and everything is just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like another great hunt!!!

I've been meaning to ask you....do you guys take those aluminum boats down to participate in this epic event in SC http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCLxxSFiOH4&NR=1&feature=fvwp? If so, I'm booking my flight this afternoon and you guys are taking me.  See you then!  Afro  Wink

Good hunt man!  I'd like to try some of that marsh hunting one of these days...

And count me in for that poker rally!!!  Grin  I'll bring plenty of moonshine filled gas cans!! Wink Grin

I've heard this "urban legend" of a place deep in the bayou's of LA where, back in the oil boom times, the locals built mansions on stilts to hide money from the government... I've even talked to a couple ol' boys that have been to a bar on stilts in said swamp.... reportedly as nice and full of scenery( Wink) as any you could find in the cities...

The dogs belong to "pig snatcher" on here.  They are part walker with some airedale and other mixes too.  They are littermates and are about 8 months old.  I loved the music they played at the bay.

It is a sight to see dogs layed up on caught hogs.  I should have snapped a pic of this rough bull/lab cross laying on top of hogs.

I was told the water was really high a couple of weeks ago.  I sank to my waist a couple of times.

The garmin did well again.

You have to love the Redneck Poker Run.  We have been doing it for 7 years straight if I am not mistaken.  The date has already been set for this year June 12, 2010 if I am not mistaken.  I think the farthest someone has ever come is from Canada, so that means there is no excuse why you texas boys and anyone else for that matter can't make it.

When you got, you got it! Wink Cool  She will probably sit on that like an egg for a while, then one day it will hatch. Shocked Shocked

Enjoyed it man.

We gonna have to get you some snow shoes or something so you can stay up on top of that pluff mudd. Grin

Thanks Pig.
