im wonderin what y'all think if you had a jam up dog best dog you ever had but didn't have much luck on breeding him and he past on you have his full bro only ties to him his brother is decent but not as good then i have a female no blood to the male but has proven to produce what's the chances of gettin another jam up dog by breedin the 2 together i have done it twice already one litter over a yr ago 4 pups left out of that litter all turnin into workin dogs as of now and a second litter that are like goin on 4 months what im askin what's the chances of gettin a dog like the jam up dog again by takin the pups and line breedin em back to the dad who is the jam up dogs full brother ?

its possible to breed 2 mutts and get a good dog. but i would say your chances may be alright.

IMHO the best way to get or have a chance to get what your looking for is by line breeding. However you have the chance of getting what your looking for by doing it the way your thinking. the problem is with either way of doing it, is that you would have to keep and raise all the pups to know if any have the chance of being what your looking for. Since the pup(s) you sell could have been that ONE dog.
