Fella try seasoning it with Tony's and rolling in cornmeal. Don't tell him what it is lol. White Bass is good... Season it with the tony's then add garlic till you smell Garlic. You can also season with tonys and garlic, stuff with butter and lemon, sprinkle with lemon juice and wrap it in foil and throw it on the grill. My inlaws all thought Bass and Crappie we're trash fish. Now I gotem eatin Gar, bass, Crappie, Gator and a bunch of other things they swore they'd never eat lol. I prefer Fried or blackened, but grilled is good too. Id almost sooner eat a Crappie than any other kind of fish, but White Bass is great fish. Tony's is a great foundation for any recipe.

Take 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal, 1/2 table spoon chili powder, 1/2 tea spoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried celantro and
black pepper and salt to taste. Mix all ingedeiants to gether and cover fish witha a good coating and deep fry.
Makes any bass taste great, works with any type of fish.
Happy Eating

Thanks guys. I tried the first and it was great. Looks like I'm going to have to go catch another basket full and tried the other one. Thanks again.
